Der hypothekarische Referenzzinssatz beträgt 2,75 Prozent und verbleibt damit auf demselben Stand wie der letztmals publizierte Satz. Dieser gilt für die Mietzinsgestaltung in der ganzen Schweiz. Er wird vom Bundesamt für Wohnungswesen (BWO) quartalsweise publiziert.
Der Referenzzinssatz stützt levied on the quarterly weighted average interest rate of the domestic mortgage. It is published in quarter per cent. The average interest rate of 31 December 2010 decreased from the previous quarter of 2.65 percent to 2.59 percent. The tenancy authoritative reference interest rate is therefore still 2.75 percent, since the average interest rate has not declined to or below the relevant value of a further adjustment of 2.43 percent.
A new reference rate results when the average rate increase for domestic mortgages in terms of first recorded average interest rate of 3.43 percent, 0.25 percentage points or dropped. In this case, the rent under the current passing rates are raised or it is reduced correspondingly. As the reference rate has not changed compared to the previous quarter, has been developed since the last notification, no new reduction or increase in entitlement.
